From an anatomical and physiological viewpoint, acupuncture stimulates the body’s tissues (nerves, vessels, myofascial) to respond in such a way that is intended to encourage the healthy circulation of blood [8], body fluids [9], and lymph [10, 11​] release of pain and stress-relieving hormones [12, 13,14, 15], as well as proper function of muscles, nerves, and lymphatic vessels [16, 17, 18].
What are the treatment options for Cosmetic Acupuncture services?
Like all of our initial assessments with clients, we want to provide a customized and effective treatment, so we begin with a minimum of 15-20 minutes of health assessment, which includes pulse diagnosis, questions, health history, and health goals. Once we determine how best to treat, we will recommend a treatment strategy and work with the client to decide how best to proceed.

We also ensure our patients' comfort by using the highest quality needles, either Japanese Seirin needles or German Asiamed needles. We use varying gauge needles depending on the location and the sensitivity of the patient. Typically, the needle insertion is painless but occasionally comes with a very brief sensation of pain that immediately resolves.
